This elegant villa is located inside a centuries-old park that overlooks the Boboli Gardens, on the hills just outside the historical center of Florence.
The venue is an aristocratic residence built at the end of the XIX century reflecting a strong eclectic decor that provides the villa with different, sometimes even bizarre, artistic styles. It hosted international guests of great importance, such as Princess Eugenia, wife of Napoleon III, and the Russian composer Tchaikovsky, being considered the most beautiful residence in Florence.
After a three-year restoration the villa became an exclusive grand hotel at the end of 1960, member of Relais & Chateau.
The hotel has 45 elegant and refined rooms and suites, divided into the main villa and in two adjacent buildings, which conserve the original XIX century architectural style. High quality facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, a beautiful SPA, the gourmet restaurant and lounge bar together with several concierge services are at guests disposal.
The villa is surrounded by a lush Italian garden, perfect to set your romantic symbolic ceremony among flowers. Aperitivo and dinner can follow outside too or inside one of the baroque halls.
