The Villa is a charming neoclassic venue with a liberty touch, built in the last decades of 1800.
The Villa is located in a park of 40,000 square meters with an outstanding forest cover, rich in centuries-old trees. Rare plants from around the world make together with the local flora a botanical garden of unique splendor.
It is on the Piedmont shore of Lake Maggiore, a mountain lake of incomparable beauty, whose waters also flow through Switzerland.
There are ten apartments for 2-5 people, each with bathroom and kitchenette, some with balcony or terrace. The rooms are equipped to fulfil any organizing needs, while maintaining the prestige and intimacy that only a vintage home can offer.
The four lounge floors of the grand piano with lake view are interconnected and can accommodate receptions up to 120 – 130 people seated and 300 standing for a buffet event.
The large garden can host the outdoor aperitivo or the symbolic ceremony directly in front of the lake.
Located in the basement, the so-called “Taverna”, a large hall with vaulted ceiling and bright windows overlooking the lake, directly accessing the garden, can serve as a dance club for dancing: here you can have music with no time limit if you rent all the rooms!
